       (and) William Yearly of the Same County Planter
       of the other part Witnesseth that the same Edward
       Cousans for and in Consideration of the Sum of five
       Shillings current money of Maryland af.d to him in hand
       paid by the Same W.m Yearly Junior the Receipt whereof
       is hereby acknowledged and for Diverse other good
       Causes and Considerations him thereunto moveing
       Hath Granted bargained and Sold and by these
       presents Doth grant bargain and Sell unto the Same
       W.m Yearly and his assigns all that Tract or
       parcell of Land with the appurtenances thereunto
       belonging called Parkers Rest Lying and being in
       Kent County af.d on the East Side of Chesapeak
       Bay in a Creek called Swan Island Creek in a Bay
       of the Same Creek called Hynson Haven containing
       by Estimation fifty acres more or less and all that
       other Tract or parcell of Land with the appurtenances
       called Cousins Lott Lying and being in the same County
       containing one hundred acres more or less and all that
       other Tract or parcell of Land with the appurtences
       called Cousans's Chance lying and being in Kent Co.ty
       af.d on a Branch Issuing out of Swan Creek
       called Hynsons Haven containing Sixty Eight acres
       more or less Together with all Rights members &
       appurtenances to the Same three Tracts or parcells
       Land with the appurtenances and each of them
