87) of Annapolis Merchant to have & to hold to me my heirs & assigns for ever to the uses & purposes to be by me Expressed & Declared by Endorsment on the said Deed Now know all men by these presents that I the said James Johnson do hereby Declare that my name was & is made use of in the said Deed in Trust only as to one fourth part of the Land & premisses therein mentioned to the use & behoof of James Russell of Prince Georges County Merchant his heirs & assigns for ever one fo^u^rth part thereof to y.e use and behoof of James Wardrop of Prince Georges County af.d Merchant his heirs & assigns forever and one fourth part thereof to the use & behoof of Alexander Lawson of Baltimore County Merchant his heirs & assigns for ever and the other fourth part thereof to the use of me the said James Johnson my Heirs and assigns forever In Witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this 13.th Day of July 1745 James Johnson Seal Dan.l Cambell John Lomas Received of M.r James Johnson for his Lordships use two Pounds Seventeen Shillings & nine pence Ster being the alienation fine on the within Lands I say recd for his Lordships use 9 1/2 Recorded Sept.r 12.th 1745 Benj.a Tasker Ex.d This Indenture made this first Day of August in the year of our Lord Christ one thousand seven hundred & forty five between Benjamin Kirby of the Island of Kent in Queen Anns County & Province of Maryland Planter of the one part & Cornelius Brookesby of Ann arundell (County) |
