       received for his Lordships use

       Maryland fs   Whereas John Boring & Sarah Boring
       by the within Deed hath bargained and Sold the Land
       therein mentioned with the appurtenances ^un^to Me Alex.r
       Lawson of Baltimore County Merchant to have & to
       hold to me my heirs and assigns for ever to the uses &
       purposses to be by me expressed and Declared by Endorsment
       on the said Deed Now Know all men by these presents that
       I the Said Alexander Lawson do hereby Declare that my name
       was and is made use of in the said Deed in Trust only as
       to one fourth part of the Land and premisses therein ment.d
       to the use & behoof of James Russell of Prince Georges Cot.y
       Merchant his heirs and assigns forever one fourth part
       thereof to the use & behoof of James Wardrop of Prince
       Georges County af.d Merchant his heirs and assigns for
       ever one fourth part thereof to the use & behoof of James
       Johnson of Annapolis Merchant his heirs & assigns
       for ever and the other fourth part thereof to the use of me
       Alex.r Lawson my heirs & assigns for ever In Witness
       whereof I have hereunto Set my hand & Seal this 13.th July 1745
