       Nathaniel Gist at the reasonable request and proper
       Cost & Charges in the Law of the said Robert North his
       heirs and assigns at any time hereafter will make do
       Execute or Suffer or cause to be made done Executed or Suffered
       any further Act or Acts Deed or Conveyance assurance or
       assurances which shall by his Council Learned in the Law
       be reasonably devised advised or required for the better
       Conveying and more sure makeing over the Lands & premisses
       according to the true intent & meaning of these presents
       unto the said Robert North his heirs and assigns for ever
       In Witness whereof the said Christopher Gist & Nathaniel
       Gist have hereunto set their hands & Seales the Day & year
       first above written

          On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst
       Viz.t
                Memorandum that on the third Day of May
       in the year of our Lord Seven hundred & forty five came
       the within named Christopher Gist & Nathaniel Gist
       before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices
       of the Prov.l Court & did acknowledge the within Bargained
       Lands & premisses to be the Estate right & property of the
       within mentioned Robert North his heirs & assigns for
       ever for the Consideration Herein mentioned according to the
       true intent & meaning of these presents
