       and every of their appurtenances and such Possession being so
       taken as af.d To Hold the said Tracts or Parcells of Land to the
       use of the said William Reed his Heirs and Assigns and to remove and
       put out the Tenants or Occupiers thereof or of any part thereof
       if the said William Cumming shall think fit so to do and also
       to Lease and to sann Lett the same Premisses or any Part thereof
       to such Persons and for such Term of Years as he the said Will.m
       Cumming shall think fitt not Exceeding ninety nine Years
       and all the Rents and Profits thereof to Ask Demand and
       receive and acquittances therefore to Grant Giving also
       unto his said Attorney full Power to Distrain for ^breach^ or non
       payment of Rent and the said Distress or Distresses to
       Dispose of to and for the use of the said William Reed according
       to Law and all needfull Process of Ejectment to sue out
       or any other Process whatsoever against in lawfull Occupiers
       of the said Land or any part of them (if any such there
       happen to be) and his Person to Reprasent in any Court or
       Courts of Justice as Demandant or Defendant in any of
       the said Actions to be sued or Commenced and Prosecuted on
       the account af.d also one or more Attorney or Attorneys under
       him the said William Cumming to Sett and Substitute and
       again at his Pleasure to Revoke And finally to Act
       and do in the Premisses all things needful or that Can
       legally be done as fully largely and amply to all intents
       and Purposes as he the said William Reid might or
       could do if there Personally Present And the said William
       Reid doth hereby Promise to Ratify and Confirm all
       and whatsoever his said Attorney shall Lawfully do or
