66) and fifty Acres after the part by the said Will first granted & Devised unto his Son Benjamin Faning and whereas the said Mary Fanning Died without Issue and Intestate whereby her part became the Right of the said Elizabeth which said Elizabeth Intermaried with a certain Nathaniel Eaty of Charles County af.d by whom she had Issue Mary Eaty who Intermarried with a certain Thomas Gray of the County of Charles af.d in the said Province of Maryland by whom She had the af.d John Gray Party to these presents Now this Indenture further Witnesseth that the said John Gray for & in Consideration the af.d Sum of Seventy Pounds Current money of the Colony of Virgenia so as af.d paid & Secured to be paid unto him the said John Gray the Receipt whereof he Doth hereby acknowledge & therewith is fully content & Satisfied & thereof Doth acquit Exonerate & release him the said Charles Carroll his Ex.rs and Adm.rs hath given granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed Released and Confirmed & by these presents Doth absolutely freely & clearly give grant bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff Release & Confirm unto him the said Charles Carroll his heirs & assigns for ever all that part of a Tract of Land called Lyeing Den Buck Range or by what ever ^other^ name or Names the Same hath been granted to the af.d John Fanning Scituate & being in Baltimore County in the Province af.d And by him the said John Faning by his last will & testament given & Devised unto Elizabeth & Mary Faning his two Daughters aforesaid or which (by) |
