67 by the Death of the said Mary became the Right of the said Elizabeth the Grand mother of him the said John Gray party to these presents or which by any other ways & means became his Right title or Interest together with all & Singular the Woods under Woods Improvements profitts & advantages thereon or thereto in any wise belonging & appurtaining To have & to hold unto him the said Charles Carroll his heirs & Assigns for ever all that part of the said Tract of Land called Buck Range lyeing in Baltimore County granted to John Faning af.d and by him as af.d Devised to them the said Elizabeth & Mary Faning his two Daughters or by whatsoever other name or names the same hath been Devised or granted & held together with all & Singular the Proffits & advantages thereon or thereto in any wise belonging & appurtaining & the said John Gray Doth Covenant & agree with him the said Charles Carroll that he the said Charles his heirs & assigns ^for ever^ shall & may peacebly have hold occupie ^use^ & enjoy all & Singular the said part of the af.d Buck Range so as af.d Devised by the said John Faning to Elizabeth & Mary Faning as well against him the said John Gray as against any manner of person or Persons claiming of by from or under him ^or of by from or under^ the said John Faning Elizabeth & Mary Faning or either of them claiming or to Claim And he the said John Gray doth further Covenant And agree to & with him the said Charles Carroll that he the said John Gray shall & will at any time within the Space or Term of Seven years from the Date hereof do & Execute & Suffer to be done & Executed any other (or) |
