       in Maryland Devised by John Fanning to his Two Daughters
       Elizabeth and Mary Faning and which by the Death of the
       said Mary became the Right of said Elizabeth or which by any
       other ways or meanes became the Right of a certain John Gray
       above mentioned the Grandson and Heir at Law of the said
       Elizabeth Faning together with all the Rights Immunities
       proffits advantages and appurtenances thereon or thereto
       in any wise belonging or appurtaining To have and to hold
       unto him the said Charles Carroll his heirs and assigns for
       ever all that part of the said Tract of Land called Buck
       Range Granted to & Devised by the said John Faning to the
       said Elizabeth and Mary Faning or which became the
       Right of him the said John Gray by any means whatsoever
       together with all the Rights and appurtenances thereon or
       thereto belonging and the said Christopher doth Covenant and
       agree to and with him the said Charles Carroll that he the
       said Charles shall & may have hold & enjoy the said Bargained
       premisses against him the said John Gray as also against all
       manner of persons of by from or under him or the said Eliz.a
       and Mary Faning claiming or to claim and further that the
       the said John Gray shall & will Execute and do any further
       Deed or Deeds to him the said Charles Carroll his heirs and
       assigns for the better and more sure makeing over the said
       Bargained premisses that he the said Charles Carroll his heirs
       or assigns or his or their Council Learned in the Law shall advise
       devise or require in Witness whereof the parties to these presents
       have Interchangeably sett their hands & Seales this
