       next to the Beginning of the said Tract and w.ch Includes the
       said Fifty Nine Acres so as afs.d Condemned and which by the
       Jury was Valued at the Sume of Thirty five Pounds fifteen
       Shillings and five Pence half penny Current Money of
       Maryland Now this Indenture further Witnesseth
       that the said John Hanson and Jane his Wife for and in Consideration
       of the said Sum of thirty five Pounds fifteen Shillings
       and five Pence half Penny Current Money of Maryland to
       them in Hand Paid and Satisfyed at and before the Ensealing
       & delivery of these Presents the Receit whereof they do
       hereby acknowledge & thereof doth Acquit and discharge
       him the said Charles Carroll his Heirs Executors and
       Administrators Hath Given Granted Bargained Sold
       Aliened Enfeoffed Released quit Claim and Confirmed
       And by these Presents doth Absolutely Give Grant
       Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoffe Release Quit Claim and
       Confirm unto him the said Charles Carroll his Heirs and
       Assigns for Ever the said fifty nine Acres of Land being that
       part of the said Three Hundred and fifty Acres so as afs.d
       becoming the Right of the said Alexander Contee of the said
       Buck Range that is to say Beginning at the Beginning
       Tree of the whole Tract called Buck Range and so to Include
       the said Quantity of fifty Nine Acres so as afs.d laid out and
       Condemned by the Jury in Virtue of the said Writ of Ad quod
       Damnum and Included in a Patent or Grant to him the said
       Charles under the great Seal of the Province afs.d bearing date
       the third day of November One Thousand Seven Hundred forty
       and four together with all and Singular the Buildings Improvements
       and Appurtenances on the said Fifty Nine Acres of Land
       now being belonging or appertaining To have and to hold
       unto him the said Charles Carroll his Heirs and Assigns for Ever
       the said fifty Nine Acres of Land part of Buck Range as
       afs.d described with its Appurtenances to his and their proper
       use and behoofe and to no other use purpose or Intent
