           Adjacent two Hundred Acres of Land more part of the
       said Tract of Land called Laurell Branch to the use &
       behoof of Richard Gambia William Theobalds Joseph
       Milburne Semmes and Thomas Boarman Mudd of
       Charles County and Province afs.d Planters their Heirs &
       Assigns for Ever with full Power and Lawfull Authority for
       them to sell and dispose of the same or any Part thereof to
       any Person or Persons in fee Simple towards securing
       Indempnifying and Satisfying them the said Richard, William,
       Joseph Milburn and Thomas Boarman for all Moneys and
       Tobacco paid by them or any of them for the said George Jarvin
       as Sheriff of Charles County afs.d and also for what Money
       or Tobacco they as his Securitys for him as Sheriff afs.d are or shall
       be liable to or Chargeable with the Money or Tobacco arising
       by the Sale or other Disposal of the said Two Hundred Acres
       of Land to be applyed and used to the discharge Payment
       and Satisfaction of such Debts dues and demands as they
       are Chargeable with as Securitys afs.d And that the
       Remaining One Hundred Acres of Land Residue of the
       said Tract or Parcell of Land called Laurell Branch be
       to the use and behoof of the said Elizabeth Jarvin during
       her Natural Life and this Hundred Acres after her decease
       to be to the proper use and behoofe of him the said George
       Jarvin his Heirs and Assigns for Ever And to no and for
       no other use Intent or Purpose whatever In Witness
       whereof all the said Parties have hereunto set their Hands
       and Seals the day and Year above Written
