       made and us'd with all and Singular the Tenements Hereditaments
       and Appurtenances to the said Land or any Part thereof belonging
       or appertaining as in the said Recovery Remaining of Record in his
       Lordships Provincial Court of the Province afs.d Relation being thereunto
       had may more fully and at Large appear Now this Indenture
       Witnesseth, and it is hereby Covenanted Granted and fully agreed by
       and between all the said Parties to these Presents for them and every
       of them their and every of their Heirs that the said Recovery so had and
       suffered of the Land Tenements and Premisses afs.d and all and
       every Recovery and Recoverys of the said Land Premisses and
       Appurtenances wherein or whereunto the said Thomas Morris Elizabeth
       Jarvin and George Jarvin were or are parties or Privy shall be and
       Enure and shall be Construed deemed and taken to be and Enure and
       is and are hereby declared to be and Enure to the Uses intents and
       Purposes herein after named Limitted and Expressed that is to
       say as for and Concerning One Hundred Acres of Land part of the
       afs.d Tract of Land called Laurell Branch lately Sold and
       Agreed for by the said Elizabeth Jarvin to a certain Charles Neal
       of the County and Province afs.d Gentleman and all and singular
       the Improvements and Appurtenances to the said One Hundred
       Acres belonging to the use and behoof of him the said Charles Neale
       his Heirs and Assigns for Ever and that One Hundred Acres of
       Land more part of the said Tract called Laurell Branch with all
       Buildings Improvements and Appurtenances to the Use and
       behoof of the said Elizabeth Jarvin her Heirs and Assigns
       for Ever with full Power Liberty and Authority for the said
       Elizabeth to give Sell Lease Grant or Devise or any other
       way to dispose of the same or any part thereof as she shall
       think proper without any Controul Restriction or Limitation
       whatever this One Hundred Acres so to be laid off from the
       afs.d Tract that the said Elizabeth may have the dwelling
       House thereon she now lives in together with all other the
       Buildings and Improvements and the Land thereto
