       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed
       Viz.t  
                Be it Remembered that on the Tenth day of
       August Anno Dom One Thousand seven Hundred and forty
       nine the within named Sidney George and Joseph Wood
       Personally came and appeared before us the underwritten two
       of the Right Honble the Lord Propry his Justices for Cecil
       County and severally acknowledged the within written Deed
       Indented to be their Act and Deed and the Land and
       Premisses therein mentioned to be the Right and Estate
       of the same Joseph according to the true Intent and meaning
       of the same Deed In Testimony whereof We the said
6 1/2 Justices have hereunto sett our Hands the day and Year

                               This Indenture Tripartite made
       this twenty first day of January in the Year of our Lord One
       Thousand seven Hundred and forty Eight Between Thomas
       Morris of Charles County in the Province afs.d Gentleman of the
       first Part, Elizabeth Jarvin of the County and Province afs.d
       Widow of the Second Part and George Jarvin Son and Heir of the said
       Elizabeth of the County and Province afs.d Gentleman of the third
       Part Whereas the said Parties did heretofore join in a Common
       Recovery suffered before his Lordships Justices of the Provincial
       Court of Maryland to cut off and dock the Intail on a Tract or
       Parcel of Land in Possession of the said Elizabeth Jarvin lying
       and being in Charles County afs.d called Laurell Branch
       containing five hundred Acres of Land more or less according
       to the form & Method of Common Recoverys in such Cases
