       Unto which Writ the said Joseph Wood did appear And did
       Vouch to Warranty thereof Richard Goldsmith of Ann Arundel
       County Planter who being Present in Court in his proper person
       Warranted the same Land and Tenements with the Appurtenances
       afs.d unto the same Joseph Wood and afterwards departed
       in Contempt of the Court and made default whereby a good and
       Perfect Common Recovery of the said Demanded Land and
       Premisses with the Appurtenances with Single Voucher according
       to the form of Common Recoverys in such Case used was in due
       form of Law suffered and executed Now this Indenture
       Witnesseth that the same Sidney George and Joseph Wood for
       themselves and each of them their and each of their Heirs Ex.rs
       Adm.rs and Assigns do hereby Covenant Promise Grant declare
       and Agree to and with each other their and each of their Heirs
       Ex.rs Adm.rs and Assigns by these Presents that the true
       Intent and meaning of the same Recovery and of the Partys
       thereunto and to these Presents was and is by these Presents
       and the Partys thereunto Declared that the afs.d Common
       Recovery and all Effects thereof shall be and Enure and shall
       be Construed deemed and taken to be and Enure to the only use
       and behoofe of him the same Joseph Wood his Heirs and Assigns
       for Ever And that the said Sidney George and his Heirs shall
       by Virtue of the same Recovery stand and be Seized of all &
       Singular the afs.d Demanded and Recovered Land and
       Premisses with the Appurtenances to and for the only use and
       behoofe of him the same Joseph Wood his Heirs and Assigns
       for Ever and to no other use intent or purpose whatsoever
       any matter or thing in the same Recovery contained to the
       Contrary thereof notwithstanding In Witness whereof the
       Partys afs.d to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably
       sett their Hands and Seals the day and Year first
       above written
