       by these Presents Covenant Grant and fully Agree to and with
       the other in manner and form following that is to say that the
       said Recovery of all and Singular the Lands Tenements
       Hereditaments and other the Premisses shall for ever immediately
       from and after the Recovery and Execution had be &
       Remain and all and every Person or Persons which now or
       at the time of the said Recovery to be had shall stand and be
       Seised of the said Land and Premisses or of any part thereof
       to the only use of the said Catherine Playsay her Heirs and

       Merchant of the third Part Witnesseth that for Divers good
       Causes and Considerations them thereunto moving It is Granted
       Covenanted and fully Agreed on by and between all the said Parties
       to these Presents and either of the said Parties Do by these
