       Causes and Considerations them thereunto moving It is
       Covenanted Granted and fully Agreed on by and between all
       the said Parties to these Presents and either of the said
       Parties Do by these Presents Covenant Grant and fully
       Agree to and with the others of them in manner and form
       following That is to say That the said John Sutton shall
       on this side and before the third Tuesday of May next
       ensuing the Date of these Presents Purchase and sue
       out of the High Court of Chancery of the Right Honble
       the Lord Proprietary one Original Writ of Entry sur
       Disseisin en le Post against the said Catherine Playsay
       Returnable before the Justices of the Provincial Court of
       this Province of Maryland at a certain time in the said Writts
       to be mentioned and thereby shall Demand against the said
       Catherine Playsay all that Part of a Tract of Land called
       Wades Adventure joining to Edward Edelen's Plantation
       Beginning at a Locust Post standing on a hill between the
       said Edelin's Plantation and where M.r Hutchensons Old
       House stood and where stood formerly the Original Beginning
       Tree of Wades Adventure and Running thence South three and
       a half Degrees East Sixty seven Perches to a Run commonly
       called the French mans Run then West down the
       said Run two hundred and thirty six Perches untill it
       Intersect a Line of M.r George Frasiers Land then North
       Twenty three Degrees West seventy five Perches then
       with a Streight Line to the Beginning Containing and
       now laid out for One hundred and three Acres be the same
       more or less together with all and Singular the Improvem.ts
       Conveniences Advantages and Appurtenances thereunto
