593) In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeable set their Hands and Seals the Day and Year his first above Written Henry HR Ridgely Junior Seal Sealed and Delivered mark in the Presence of Geo Dent Henry Woodward On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t Received May 22.d 1749 of his said Excellency Samuel Ogle Esq.r the Sum of thirty three Pounds Six Shillings and Eight Pence Sterling being the Consideration money within mentioned his Witness Henry HR Ridgely Jun.r Seal Geo Dent mark Henry Woodward Ann Arundel County fs Came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court Henry Ridgely Junior and acknowledged the within Instrument as his Act and Deed and the Lands and Premisses therein mentioned to be the Right and Estate of his Excellency Samuel Ogle Esq.r within mentioned and his Heirs according to the True Intent and meaning thereof and according to the form of the Act of Assembly in that Case made and Provided 7 sds Acknowledged before me this 22.d Day of May 1749 Geo Dent Recorded 26.th May 1749 Vide Alienation belonging to the aforegoing Deed Recorded hereafter in this Book fol 684 Ex.d This Indenture Tripartite made on the seventeenth day of February in the Year of our Lord seventeen hundred forty and Eight Between Catherine Playsay of Prince Georges County Widow of the first Part Robert Wade Junior of the same County Planter of the second Part and John Sutton of the same County Merchant of the third Part Witnesseth that for divers good (Causes) |
