       and to all and singular the said Premisses and of in and
       to every Part and Parcel of them To have and to hold
       the said Land and all and singular other the Premisses herein
       before mentioned and Intended to be hereby Granted with their
       and every of their Appurtenances unto the said Samuel Ogle
       his Heirs and Assigns for ever to the only use and behoof of
       him the said Samuel Ogle his Heirs and Assigns And the
       said Henry Ridgely for himself and his Heirs the said Parcel
       of Land and all and singular other the Premisses with their
       and every of their Appurtenances unto him the said Samuel
       Ogle his Heirs and Assigns against all Persons whatsoever
       shall and will Warrant and for ever Defend And the s.d
       Henry Ridgely his Heirs Executors and Administrators doth
       Covenant Grant and Agree to and with the said Samuel
       Ogle his Heirs and Assigns by these Presents that he the
       said Henry Ridgely and his Heirs and all and every Person
       or Persons whatsoever having or Lawfully Claiming any
       Estate Right Title or Interest of in or to the Premisses or
       any Part thereof by from or under him or any of them shall
       and will from time to time and all times at and upon the
       Reasonable Request and Proper Costs and Charges in
       Law of the said Samuel Ogle his Heirs and Assigns do
       make Levy Execute acknowledge and suffer all and
       every such further and other Reasonable Act or Acts thing
       and things Assurance or Assurances Conveyance or Conveyances
       for better Assuring the said Land and Premisses unto the s.d
       Samuel Ogle his Heirs and Assigns as by the said Samuel
       Ogle his Heirs or Assigns or his Council Learned in the
       Law shall be Reasonably Devised Advised or Required
