       ^Vide Alienation belonging to the aforegoing Deed Recorded hereafter in this Book fol 604^

Ex.d This Indenture made the Twenty second day of May in
       the Year of our Lord One Thousand seven hundred and forty nine
       Between Henry Ridgely Junior of Ann Arundel County Planter
       of the one Part and his Excellency Samuel Ogle of the same
       County Esquire of the other Part Witnesseth that the said
       Henry Ridgely for and in Consideration of the Sum of thirty
       three Pounds six Shillings and eight Pence Lawfull money of
       Great Britain to him hand paid by the said Samuel Ogle before
       the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof
       he doth hereby acknowledge and thereof and of every Part and Parcell
       thereof doth fully Clearly and Absolutely Acquit Exonerate and
       Discharge the said Samuel Ogle his Executors and Administrators
       by these Presents and for divers other good Causes and
       Considerations him thereunto moving he the said Henry Ridgely
       hath Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and
       Confirmed and by these Presents doth Grant Bargain Sell
       Alien Enfeoffe and Confirm unto the said Samuel Ogle one
       third Part of all that Tract of Land called Larkins's Forest
       lying in Prince Georges County on the West side of Petuxent
       River upon the hear of a Branch called Collington Branch
       Containing four hundred Acres of Land And all and Singular
       Houses Buildings Yards Orchards Gardens and Improvem.ts
       to the same belonging and also the Reversion and Reversions
       Remainder and Remainders Right Estate Interest Claim
       and Demand whatsoever of him the said Henry Ridgely of in
