57 Indorsment ^on the said Deed^ Now know all me by these presents that I the said Benj.a Tasker do hereby Declare that my name was and is made use in the said Deed in trust only as to one fourth part of the Land and premisses therein mentioned to the use and behoof of Tho.s Bladen Esq.r his heirs and Assigns for ever one fourth part thereof to the use and behoof of Daniel Dulany of Annapolis Esq.r his heirs and assigns for ever one fourth part thereof to the use of Thos Cresap of Prince Georges County and the other fourth part thereof to the use of him the said Benj.a Tasker his and Assigns for ever In Witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and Seal this 2.th Day of April 1745 Witness Benj.a Tasker Jun.r seal 6 Walter Dulany Received the sum of five Shillings and three pence half Penny being the alienation fine for the within mentioned Lands Recorded May 2.th 1745 Benj.a Tasker 6 Ex.d Maryland fs.t This Indenture made this twelfth Day of April ^in the Year of our Lord God^ Seventeen hundred forty five Between John Sitton of Ann Ar.l County in the Province af.d Blacksmith of the one part and Richard Snowden of the same County and Province Gent of the other part Witnesseth that the said John Sitton for and in Consideration of the Sum of thirty five Pounds Current money payd unto (him) |
