Ex.d This Indenture Tripartite made this Ninth day
       of May in the Year of our Lord Christ One Thousand seven
       hundred and forty Nine Between Joseph Earle of Queen
       Annes County in the Province of Maryland Planter of the
       first Part Michael Earle of Cecil County Gentleman
       of the second Part and James Baxter of Cecil County
       afs.d Merchant of the Third Part Witnesseth that the
       same Joseph Earle as well for the Docking Barring &
       Cutting off all Estates Tail Reversions Remainders and
       all other Estate and Estates Terms and Interests heretofore
       Created Limitted or Declared of for in or concerning
       all that Parcell of Land being part of a Tract of Land called
       and Commonly known by the Names Anna Catherine Neck &
       Carpenters Point Situate lying and being in Cecil County
       afs.d at the head of Chesepeak Bay near the Mouth of North
       East River the same Part hereby Granted and Released
       Beginning on the Bay side One hundred and thirty four
       Perches below a Locust Post standing in a Marsh on the
       said Bay being the Beginning of the same Original Tract
       and running from thence North Sixty six Degrees East
       Eighty Perches a Cross the Neck then North three hundred
