       thereof ^or of any Part thereof^ and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders
       Rents and Services of the same hereby Granted Premisses with the
       Appurtenances and of every part and Parcell thereof To have and
       to hold all and Singular the afs.d herein and hereby Granted and
       Bargained or mentioned or Intended to be Granted and Bargained
       Parcell of Land Contained within the Lines and Boundarys herein
       above mentioned and specifyed with the Premisses and appurtenances
       thereunto belonging or in any manner appertaining unto him the same
       Michael Earle his Executors Administrators and Assigns from the
       Day next before the day of the Date of these Presents for and during
       and untill the ^full^ End and Term of One whole Year from thence next
       and Immediately Ensuing and following and fully to be Compleated
       and Ended Yielding and Paying therefore one Ear of Indian Corn
       upon the Eighth Day of May next ensuing unto the same Joseph
       his Executors Administrators or Assigns if Demanded To the
       Intent and Purpose that by Virtue of these Presents and by
       force of the Statute for Transferring uses into Possession of all and
       Singular the afs.d hereby Granted Parcell of Land within the Lines
       and Boundarys afs.d within the Premisses and Appurtenances
       thereunto belonging and thereby be Enabled to Accept and take
       a Grant and Release of the Reversion and Inheritance thereof
       to him the s.d Michael his Heirs and Assigns to and for the uses
       Intents and Purposes hereafter in and by a Deed of Release &
       Confirmation of and for the same hereby Granted and Bargained
       Premisses Intended to be made and Executed and to Bear
       Date the Day next after the Day of the Date of these
       Presents to be Expressed mentioned and Declared In
