       Joseph Earle for and in Consideration of the Sum of five Shillings
       Current Money of Maryland afs.d to him the said Joseph in hand paid by
       the same Michael the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged Hath
       Granted Bargained and Sold and by these Presents Doth Grant
       Bargain and Sell unto the same Michael All that or Parcell of
       Land being part of a Tract of Land called and Commonly known
       by the names of Anna Catherine Neck and Carpenters Point
       Situate lying and being in Cecil County afs.d near the Mouth of
       North East River the same part hereby Granted Beginning
       on the Bay side one hundred and thirty four Perches below a
       Locust Post standing in a Marsh on the said Bay being the
       Beginning Tree of the same Original Tract and Running
       from thence North Sixty six Degrees East eighty Perches
       a Cross the Neck then North three hundred and forty eight
       Perches up the Neck then South East by South two hundred
       twenty and six Perches to North East on the Bayhead Creek
       then South South West Twenty Perches then West North West
       twenty Perches then South South West Eighty Perches then
       South twenty seven Degrees East One hundred and forty
       Perches then South thirty four Degrees West Ninety Perches
       then East forty Perches then South seventy five degrees East
       thirty Eight Perches then North seventy Degrees East sixteen
       Perches then South sixty eight Degrees East forty Perches
       then South fourteen Degrees East seventy four Perches to the
       Beginning Containing and laid out for two hundred seventy and
       five Acres of Land more or less Together with all and Singular
       the Houses Buildings Orchards Gardens Fields Meadows
       Marshes Pastures Common Waters Water Courses Tenements
       Hereditaments and Appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging
       or appertaining or which now are or heretofore have been Reputed
       taken known used Occupyed or enjoyed as Parcell or member
