       of Land in Calvert County called Abingtons Manor And also a Tract of Land
       in the said County called Dowsdale with the Appurtenances Redeemable
       upon the Payment of the said Sum and the Interest as ^in^ the said Deed is
       mentioned And also Reciting that Whereas the said Samuel Harrison was &
       justly stood Indebted to the said Daniel Dulany in One Hundred and
       Pounds thirteen Shill in three Pence Sterl in Consideration and for Securing
       the Payment whereof the said Samuel Harrison for himself did Assign
       set Over and Transferr unto the said Daniel Dulany his Ex.rs Adm.rs
       or Assigns the Right and Equity of Redemption of the said two Tracts of
       Land with the Appurtenances As by the said Deed or Writing may appear
       And Whereas the said Tract of Land called Dowsdale or Abingtons Manor
       was not made Over Sold or Convey'd by the said Samuel Harrison to the said
       James Russell and James Weems as Recited in and by the said Deed or Writing
       to the said Daniel Dulany Now this Indenture Witnesseth that
       the said Samuel Harrison for and in Consideration of the said One hundred
       Pounds thirteen Shill.s & three Pence and for the Better Securing the Paym.t
       thereof and also for and in Consideration of five Shill.s to him in hand
       paid by the said Daniel Dulany the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
       Hath Granted Bargained & Sold and by these Presents Doth
       Grant Bargain and Sell unto the said Daniel Dulany the said Tract
       of Land called Dowsdale or Abington or so much of either as is not
       included in the said Recited Deed to the s.d James Russell and James
       Weems To have and to hold to the said Daniel Dulany his Heirs &
       Assigns for Ever to his and their own use And the said Sam.l Harrison for
       himself & his Heirs doth Covenant to Warrant and defend the Prmises
       to the said Daniel Dulany his Heirs Exors or Adm.rs Provided
       always and it is the True Intent and meaning of these Presents that in
       case the said Samuel Harrison his Heirs Exors or Adm.rs shall well and
       Truely pay unto the said Daniel Dulany his Exors Adm.rs or Assigns
       the said One hundred Pounds thirteen Shill.s and three Pence Sterl with
       the Lawfull Interest thereof to be Computed from the Eighth Day of
       March last past on or before the first Day of March next ensuing
       that these Presents shall be void and of none Effect otherwise to be in
       full force and Virtue And the said Samuel Harrison doth bind himself
       his Heirs Exors & Adm.rs well and truely to pay the s.d one hundred Pounds
       thirteen Shill.s and three Pence Sterl & the Interest thereof as afs.d In
       Witness whereof the s.d Sam.l Harrison hath to these Presents set his hand
