555) the Term of their Natural Lives or the life of the Longest liver of them without any Impeachment of or for any manner of Waste and after their Decease to the use and behoof of the said Thomas Darnall, Richard Darnall and Bennett Darnall or to the Survivor or Survivors of them & to the Heirs of their Bodies Lawfully Begotten or to be Begotten and in Case the said Thomas Darnall, Richard Darnall, & Bennett Darnall, or any of them should die before they severally Arrive to the Age of twenty One Years or without Lawfull Issue & after the Decease of the said Henry and Elizabeth Darnall then the said Land and Premisses to be and Enure to the Use and Behoof of Philip Darnall, Henry Darnall and Nicholas Darnall Sons to the said Henry & Elizabeth Darnall or to the Survivor or Survivors of them & the Heirs of their or either of their Bodys Lawfully Begotten and in Case the said Philip Henry and Nicholas Darnall should all Die before they Arrive to the Age of Twenty one Years or without Lawfull Issue then to Remain to the Right Heirs of the said Henry and Elizabeth Darnall In Witness whereof the said Henry & Elizabeth Darnall have hereunto set their Hands and Seals the Day and Year above Written Henry Darnall seal Signed Sealed & Delivered P Mannor in the Presence of us Eliz.a Darnall Seal John Darnall Tho.s Sprigg On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed viz.t November the 4.th 1748 Came before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court M.r Henry Darnall and M.rs Elizabeth Darnall Parties to the within Deed & acknowledged the Land & Premisses within mentioned to be the Right & Estate of the within named Tho.s Darnall Richard Darnall & Bennett Darnall according to the true Intent & (meaning) |
