       Provincial Court and acknowledged the within Writing to be
       their Act and Deed and the Land and Premisses therein mentioned
       to be the Right and Estate of Richard Croxall his Heirs and Assigns
       for Ever according to the meaning and Intent of the same Deed &
       the said Mary Rumney being at the same time Examined a part from
       her said Husband declared she joined with her Husband in making
       Over the said Land Freely and Voluntarily without his Threats
       or for any fear of his Displeasure
