       thence East Sixty Perches thence North five Degrees East One hundred
       and Sixty Perches thence with a Streight Line to the said Bounded
       White Oak Containing and ^now^ laid out for One Thousand and Sixty three
       Acres together with all Rights Previledges and Appurtenances thereunto
       Belonging or in any wise Appertaining To have and to hold the af.d
       Tract of Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances unto him the said John
       Worthington his Heirs and Assigns for Ever to the only proper use and
       Behoof of him the said John Worthington his Heirs and Assigns for Ever
       & to no other use Intent or Purpose Whatsoever and the said Gideon
       Howard for himself his Heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs Doth hereby Covenant
       Promise Grant and Agree to & with the said John Worthington his
       Heirs and Assigns that he the said Gideon Howard and his Heirs
       shall and will from time to time and at all times Hereafter Warrant
       and for Ever Defend to the said John Worthington his Heirs and
       Assigns all the above mentioned Bargained Land & Premisses with the
       Appurtenances as well from and against him the said Gideon Howard
       & his Heirs for Ever as against all & all manner of Persons whatsoever
       Claiming or to Claim by from or under him the said Gideon or by
       from & under any Person or Persons Whatsoever In Witness whereof
       the Parties to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeable set to
       their Hands and Affixed their Seals the Day and Year first above
