536) late of London Mariner (her late Husband) Deceased or by any other ways or means Right or Title whatsoever or howsoever not any thing excepted or reserved as also to pay all such Debts as my said Attorney shall think proper which were due and owing by or from the said Joseph Penhallow at the time of his Death And also to make up state settle and adjust all or any Accounts whatsoever depending between the said Joseph Penhallow and any Person whatsoever or any account whatsoever and for me to receive or pay the Ballance or Ballances thereof as the same shall happen And upon Receipt of any Sum or Sums of Money whatsoever or other things for me and in my Name to give good and sufficient Receipts Releases and Discharges And generally to do all other Lawfull and Reasonable Acts and things whatsoever touching the Premisses as fully and effectually to all Intents Construcions and Purposes whatsoever as I my self might or could do if Personally present and one or more Attorney or Attorneys from time to time under my said Attorney to make Substitute and appoint and again the same to revoke as my said Attorney shall think proper I hereby ratifying and Confirmining holding and allowing for firm and stable all and whatsoever my said Attorney or his Substitute or substitutes shall Lawfully do or cause to be done in and about the Premisses by Virtue of these Presents in any wise howsoever In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand & Seal the sixteenth Day of June in the Twentieth Year of the Reign of his Majesty King George the Second & so forth and in the Year of our Lord 1746 Will.m Whetstone Seal |
