       County Court held at the City of Annapolis on the Second
       Tuesday of November & ^on^ the Tenth Day of the same
       Month Anno Dom 1747 as Clerk of the Provincial Court
       of the Province of Maryland took the Oath directed by
       the Act of Assembly entituled An Act for amending the
       Staple of Tobacco for Preventing Frauds in his
       Majestys Customs and for the Limitation of Officers
       Fees
