       granted concluded & agreed by & between all the said Parties to these
       presents that it shall & may be lawfull to & for the said Thomas
       Jennings before the last Day of April Provincial Court to prosecute
       out of his Lordships high Court of Chancery one or more Writ or Writs
       of Entry Sur Disseisin en le post against the said John Smith
       Prather returnable in the Provincial Court whereby the said Thomas
       Jennings shall and may respectively Demand against the said John
       Smith Prather all & singular the aforementioned premisses with the
       appurts by such manner or names Quantity or Quantities Qualitie
       or Qualities Number or Numbers or Content of Acres as shall be
       thought fitt and requisite unto which said Writ or Writs the said John
       Smith Prather shall appear in proper person & shall Vouch to warranty
       the said Thomas Edmondson who shall appear gratis upon the Voucher
       and Shall Enter into Warranty & Shall Voucher over to warranty the
       Common Vouchee & the Common Vouchee shall appear and imparle
       & afterwards make Default whereby one or more recovery or
       Recoverys Judgment or Judgments may be had & given for the
       said Thomas Jennings for recovery of the above Described Lands
       & premisses against the said John Smith Prather & for the said John
       Smith Prather to Recover over in value against the said Thomas
       Edmondson & for the said Thomas Edmondson to recover over in value
       against the common Vouchee according to the manner & form of
       Common Recoverys in such Cases used And it is further Covenanted
       granted Concluded agreed & Declared by & between all & every
       the said parties to these presents & the true intent & meaning of
       the parties to these presents is that from & immediatly after the said
       Common recovery or recoverys shall be had prosecuted & Suffered
       as af.d of the said Premisses the said recovery or recoverys shall be
       and Enterd and are hereby Declared to have been intended to be &
