       against any Person or Persons Whatsoever for or about Touching
       or Concerning the said Obligation or Sum of Money or Premisses
       af.d in any manner of wise and also of and from any manner
       of Action or Actions Suit or Suits Judgment or Judgments
       Act or Acts Whatsoever which are or shall be brought sued
       or Prosecuted against the said William Hammond his Heirs
       Exors or Adm.rs by the said John Philpot and Company their
       Heirs Exors Adm.rs or Assigns or by any Person or Persons
       Whatsoever for about or Concerning the said Obligation or
       Sum of Money or any of the Premisses af.d In Witness
       whereof the said Elizabeth Bowley hath hereunto set
       her hand and Seal the day and Year first above Written
