       Action Judgment or Fieri facias thereupon already had or to be
       had and to cause Satisfaction to be acknowledged upon any such
       Judgment or Fieri facias and any Release Discharge or
       Acqu^i^ttance thereof or of any part thereof to make Sale or
       Delivery to them and one Attorney or Attorneys for the doing
       of the Premisses or any part thereof to make and at the
       Pleasure of the said John Philpot and Company to Revoke
       and now in her or their Place to Substitute and to do perform
       and Execute all and Singular Lawfull thing and things
       Act or Acts Whatsoever which shall or may be Necessary
       or Expedient for or Concerning the Premisses or any of
       them so fully and wholly as the said Elizabeth Bowley
       Exx as af.d her Exors Adm.rs or Assigns may might
       could or Should do the same and the said John Philpot &
       Company for themselves their Heirs Exors Adm.rs and Assigns
       and every of them Do Covenant and Grant to and with
       the said Elizabeth Bowley Exx as af.d her Exors and
       Adm.rs and to and with every of them by these Presents
       that they the said John Philpot & Company their Heirs Exors
       Adm.rs and Assigns shall and will at their own Costs &
       Charges at all times hereafter well and Sufficiently
       Discharge and save Harmless the said Elizabeth
       Bowley her Exors and Adm.rs and every of them of and from
       all Damages of for and by Reason of the said Obligation
       or any other Action or Actions Suit or Suits Execution
       or Executions Judgment or Judgments Act or
       Acts Whatsoever which shall be brought Attempted
       Sued had or Prosecuted in the Name of the said Elizabeth
       Bowley as Executrix as af.d her Exors Adm.rs or Assigns
       by the said John Philpot & Company their Exors Adm.rs or
