       Adm.rs and Assigns and to and with every of them by these Presents
       that she the said Elizabeth Bowley hath not already done Committed
       or Suffered nor that her Exors or Adm.rs or Assigns or any of them
       shall or will hereafter Do Commit or Suffer any Act or Acts
       whereby the said Obligation and Judgment or any Execution
       thereupon or by Reason of the said Obligation had or Prosecuted
       is or shall or may be Released Extinguished Discharged or
       made Void or which shall or may be made Prejudicial or hurtfull
       unto the said John Philpot & Company their Exors Adm.rs or Assigns
       in or Concerning the having and Enjoying to their own use and
       Behoof the said Obligation Judgment and Extent and all
       the Benefit which shall or may accrue come or be by Reason
       of the said Obligation Judgment or Execution or any of them
       And ^further^ the said Elizabeth Bowley Exx as af.d Hath made
       Constituted and Ordained and by these Presents Doth make
       Constitute and Ordain the said John Philpot & Company her
       True and Lawfull Attorneys Irrevocable in the Name of
       her the said Elizabeth Bowley Exx as af.d to bring any
       Lawfull Action or Actions Suit or Suits in Law against the
       said William Hammond his Heirs Exors or Adm.rs upon the
       said Obligation or upon the Judgment or Fieri facias thereupon
       already had or Obtained and also Defend in Lawfull manner
       any Suit in any Court whatsoever for or Concerning the said
       Obligation against the said William Hammond his Heirs Ex.rs     
       & Adm.rs or any other Person or Persons Whatsoever and to
       Arrest and Imprison or cause to be Arrested or Imprisoned
       and out of Prison to Deliver and Discharge or cause to be
       Delivered and Discharged the said William Hammond His
       Heirs Exors and Adm.rs upon the said Obligation or any
