       Sterling to her by the said John Philpot and Company paid
       at or before the Ensealing and Delivery of these
       Presents the Receipt whereof the said Elizabeth Bowley
       doth hereby acknowledge she the said Elizabeth Bowley
       Hath Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Assigned Transferred
       and Set over and by these Presents Doth Grant
       Bargain Sell Alien Assign Transfer and set over unto
       the said John Philpot and Company their Heirs Exors
       Adm.rs and Assigns all and every the af.d Two Lotts and
       Premisses mentioned in the Return of the said Writ of
       Fieri facias and so delivered in Execution ^as^ af.d and all
       her Estate Right Title Term and Interest which she
       the said Elizabeth Bowley as Exx af.d now hath or
       ought to have either in Law or Equity in or to the af.d
       Lotts and Premisses or any of them mentioned in the af.d
       Return of the said Writ of Fieri facias or in or to the
       Obligation and Judgment af.d and the Sum of Money in
       the same and each of them mentioned and Comprised together
       with all Commodities Benefits & Advantages Whatsoever
       which shall or may come or grow arise or be had
       or made upon or by Reason of the said Obligation Judgment
       or Fieri facias and of all further Executions or
       Process to be had or sued forth upon the same To have &
       to hold the said Lotts and Premisses with all and
       Singular the Appurtenances unto the said John Philpot
       and Company their Exors Adm.rs or Assigns in as full
       Ample and Beneficial manner and form as the said
       Elizabeth Bowley ^doth now hold the same or on a lot to have hold or enjoy the same And the said Elizabeth Bowley^ Exx as af.d for herself her Heirs Exors
       and Adm.rs and for every of them doth Covenant and Grant
       to and with the said John Philpot & Company their Exors
