       Charles Ridgely all Papers Writings and Documents in his
       Hands belonging to us the Constituents any ways Relating
       to the Affairs of Thomas Sligh upon Receipts to give all
       Necessary Acquittances and discharges in our Names But
       in Case of Refusal or Delay by any Person or Persons
       whom it doth or may Concern to make and Render Just
       and True Account Payment Delivery and Satisfaction in
       the Premisses him them and every of them thereunto to
       Compell and for that Purpose to Commence one or more
       Suit or Suits at Law or in Equity and the same to Prosecute
       to a Final Determination also to Compound Compromise
       Conclude and agree by Arbitration or otherwise and to Substitute
       one or more Attorney or Attorneys to Act under him
       the said Onorio Razolini an the same at Pleasure to
       Revoke and We the said Constituents do hereby Promise
       to Ratifye and Confirm all and Whatever our said Attorney
       or his Substitutes shall Lawfully do or cause to be Done
       in the Premisses by Virtue of these Presents In Witness
       whereof we have hereunto Severally set our Hands and
       Seals the Sixteenth day of April One Thousand Seven
       hundred and forty Seven and in the Twentyeth year of the
       Reign of George the Second King of Great Britain & so forth
