521) Same to be Just and True in Every Particular for that the said Books of Account are kept in a Fair Regular and Morcantile manner and further this Deponent saith that he was Present and did see the said John Philpot and John Hutchinson by the name and Title of John Philpot and John Hutchinson of London Merchants and Copartners Severally Sign Seal and as Respective Act and Deed Execute and deliver the Original Letter of Attorney hereunto annexed and that he this Deponent and Gyles Lone who was also Present at the Execution of the said Letter of Attorney are Subscribing Witnesses to the same John Philpot Sworn the 16.th day of John Hutchinson 3 April 1747 Before me Ab.m Dias Will.m Benn Mayor Ex.d Know all Men by these Presents that We John Philpot and John Hutchinson of London Merchants and Copartners do hereby Revoke and make Void all Letters of Attorney by us at any time heretofore made to M.r Charles Ridgely of Maryland Merchant and do hereby make Ordain and Constitute Onorio Razolini of Maryland Merchant our True and Lawfull Attorney for us and in our Names and on our behalves to ask Demand ^and^ Receive of and from Daniel Bowly Daniel Carroll John Digges John Darnall and Thomas Sligh all such Sum and Sums of Money Goods Wares Merchandize Effects and things which they Either or any of them now have or may hereafter have in their Either or any of their Hands or Custody due owing Payable or belonging to us the Constituents whether by Bond Note Bill Book Debt Account Consignment or otherwise howsoever nothing Excepted or Reserved ^and^ for the Purpose af.d to Account and to View State Settle and Adjust all Accounts and the Balance thereof to Receive Also to take out of the Hands of the said |
