       Contained in their Original Affidavit hereunto annexed
                            In Faith and Testimony whereof I the
       Seal               said Lord Mayor have caused the Seal of the
                            Office of Mayoralty of the said City of London to
                            be hereunto put and Affixed and the Several
       Accounts & Letter of Attorney mentioned and Referred to in
       & by their said Affidavit to be hereunto also Annexed Dated
       in London the Sixteenth Day of April in the year of our
2     Lord 1747                              Baynbridge

Ex.d London to wit John Philpot and John Hutchinson of
       London Merchants and Copartners and Abraham Dias
       Clerk or Bookkeeper to the said John Philpot and John
       Hutchinson Severally make Oath as follows And first
       the Deponents John Philpot and John Hutchinson Severally
       say that the Four Accounts hereunto annexed all Signed
       John Philpot & C.o are Just and True in every Particular
       and that the Several Persons therein and thereby Debited
       or the Estate of such of them as may happen to be Deceas'd
       are now Justly and Truly Indebted to them the said John
       Philpot and John Hutchinson in the Several Sums (Sterling
       following) being the Balance of their Respective Accounts
       That is to say Cap.t Daniel Bowly in the Sum of Eight
       Hundred and Twelve Pounds One Shilling and Seven
       Pence Daniel Carroll in the Sum of One Thousand Four
       Hundred and Seventy six Pounds Nineteen Shillings &
       One penny John Digges in the Sum of Two Hundred and
       Seventy six Pounds Seven Shillings John Darnall in
       the Sum of Three Hundred and Seventy six Pounds
       Eighteen Shillings and Eight pence And the Deponent
       Abraham Dias saith that the said Accounts are Just and
       True Copys from the Books of Account of the said John
       Philpot & John Hutchinson and that he verily believes the
