X.d To all to Whom these Presents shall come We Daniel
       Dulany of Annapolis Esq.r and Henrietta Maria his Wife
       send Greeting Whereas We by Deed of Bargain and Sale
       duely Executed acknowledged and Recorded Bearing date the
       Twelfth day of August in the year of our Lord Seventeen
       hundred and forty five made or mentioned to be made Between
       us of the one part Sold and Conveyed unto the said Robert
       Loyd and his Heirs and Assigns for Ever to the uses Intents &
       Trusts in the same Deed mentioned and Expressed all that
       Moiety or half part of that Tract or Manor of Land in Cecil
       County called Augustin or S.t Augustins Manor which Philemon
       Loyd Esq.r Deceased ^late^ Father of me the said Henrietta Maria
       Purchased from Matthias Vanbebber and the said Matthias
       from Ephraim Augustin Herman by Whatsoever Name or
       Names the same hath Reputed and taken and Whatsoever
       Number or Quantity of Acres the same doth Contain with a
       Revocation that if We the said Daniel and Henrietta Maria
       Dulany at any time during the life of me the said Henrietta Maria
       should be minded or determined to Revoke Alter Change or make
       Void all and every Use and Uses Estate and Estates in the said
       Deed before Limitted or to Vest the Remainder of the Premisses
       in any other ^child or^ Children of me the said Henrietta Maria by my
       former husband Samuel Chew and to Exclude Bennett Chew in
       the said Deed from the said Remainder and such our mind
       should Declare nor by any Writing Under our hands and
       Seals to be duely Executed in the Presence of two or more Sufficient
       and Reputable Witnesses to Revoke Alter Change and
       make Void all and every the use and Uses Estate and
                                                                            (Estates)
