       Vouchee and that Execution of the said Recovery so to be had shall
       be made according to the form of Common Recoverys in such Cases
       used and Accustomed and that the said Thomas Reeves Hezekiah
       Reeves and the said George Luxford and every of them shall and
       and will Do Execute Perform and Suffer all and every such Act
       and Acts thing and things Whatsoever as shall be Necessary and
       Expedient for the Prosecution of the said Recovery and the Execution
       thereof according to the form and Order of Common Recoverys with
       Double Vouchers in such Cases Used And it is Covenanted Granted
       Concluded and Agreed by and Between all the said Parties to these
       Presents and hereby so Declared that the said Recovery so as af.d
       or in any other manner to be had and Suffered and all and every
       fine and fines Recovery and Recoverys Assurance and Assurances
       Conveyance and Conveyances already had made ^Levy'd^ Suffered Executed
       or acknowledged or at any time hereafter to be had made Levied
       Suffered Executed or acknowledged of the said Premisses abovementioned
       or any part thereof either alone by itself or Jointly with any
       other Lands or Tenements by and Between the said Parties to
       these Presents or by or Between them or any of them & any other
       Person or Persons Whatever as for and Concerning all and Singular
       the said Land Premisses and Appurtenances above mentioned
       and every part and Parcell thereof shall be and Enure &
       shall be Esteemed Adjudged and taken to be and Enure to the
       only proper use and Behoof of the said Thomas Reeves his
       Heirs and Assigns for Ever and to and for no other use intent
       or Purpose Whatsoever the said Thomas Reeves in Consideration
       hereof Covenants and Agrees with the said Hezekiah
       Reeves to Give the said Hezekiah One Negroe Child named
       Monica and also One hundred Acres of Land called Reeves
       Range lying in the County af.d after the Decease of the said Thomas
       Reeves In Testimony whereof the said Parties have hereunto
       set their hands and Seals the day and year af.d
