       Witnesseth That for divers Good Causes and Considerations it is
       Covenanted Granted Concluded and Agreed by and Between all the
       said Parties to these Presents in manner ^& form^ following that the said
       George Luxford shall before the end of next October Term
       Purchase and sue forth out of his Lordships High Court of
       Chancery one Original Writ of Entry Sur Disseisin en le Post
       against the said Thomas Reeves of the first part Returnable and to be
       Returned before his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court at
       Annapolis at a Day certain in the said Writ to be mentioned & by
       the said Writ shall demand against the said Thomas Reeves one
       hundred and thirty five Acres of Plantable Land being part of a
       Tract of Land called Causren's Manor Devised to said Thomas
       Reeves by his Father Upgate Reeves of said County Situate lying
       and being in Charles County af.d with all and Singular the Hereditaments
       and Appurtenances thereto belonging or any wise appertaining
       by such Names Quality and Number of Acres as by the
       said George Luxford and his Council Learned in the Law shall be
       Devised Advised or Required unto which said Writ the said Thomas
       Reeves shall appear in his own proper Person Gratis or by his
       Attorney Lawfully Authorized and take upon him the Tenancy of all
       the said Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances and shall
       Vouch to Warranty the said Hezekiah Reeves of the Second
       part who shall appear Gratis in his own proper Person or by
       Attorney Lawfully Authorized and who shall Vouch to Warranty
       the Common the Common Vouchee who likewise shall appear Gratis &
       enter into the Warranty and after Imparlance make Default in
       Contempt of the Court so that Judgment shall be given that the
       said George Luxford shall Recover the said Land & Premisses &
       Appurtenances in the said Writ to be Contained against the said
       Thomas Reeves and that the said Thomas Reeves shall Recover
       over in Value against the said Hezekiah Reeves and the said
       Hezekiah Reeves shall Recover over in Value against the Common
