       for the Absolute Purchase of the Lands Tenements and Hereditaments
       herein after mentioned and by the said Henelm
       Trueman Greenfield Absolutely Sold to the said George Maxwell)
       and for and in Consideration of ^the Sum of^ five Shillings a piece Sterling
       Money of Great Britain by him the said Gerard Truman
       Greenfield in hand also Severally paid to the said Henelm
       Truman Greenfield and George Maxwell at or before the Sealing
       and delivery of these Presents the Receipt of which said
       several Sums of five Shillings is hereby Respectively also
       Acknowledged and for the Docking Barring and Extinguishing
       all Estates Tails and all Reversions and Remainders
       thereupon expectant or depending of and in the Lands
       Tenements and Hereditaments herein after mentioned They
       the said Henelm Truman Greenfield and Margaret his Wife
       (by and with the Advice and Consent of the said George Maxwell
       testify'd by his being a Party to and his Sealing and Executing
       these Presents) and also the said George Maxwell Have
       and each of them hath Granted Bargained Sold Aliened
       Released and Confirmed and by these Presents Do and
       each of them Doth Grant Bargain Sell Alien Release and
       Confirm unto the said Gerard Truman Greenfield (in the
       Actual Possession of the Lands Tenements and Hereditaments
       herein after mentioned now being by Virtue of a
       Bargain and Sale to him thereof made by the said Henelm
       Truman Greenfield and George Maxwell for five Shillings
       Consideration by Indenture bearing date the Day next
       before the Day of the Date of these Presents for the Term
       of one whole Year Commencing from the Day next before the
       Day of the Date thereof and by force of the Statute for
       Transferring Uses into Possession) and ^to^ his Heirs All those
       several Tracts or Parcels of Plantable Land following
       to wit all that Tract or Parcel of Land called Truemans Hope
                                                                            (Situate)
