       Situate lying and being in S.t Mary's County Containing by Patent
       Granted the Tenth day of December in the Year of our Lord One
       Thousand Six Hundred and Seventy Nine One hundred Twenty and
       Seven Acres of Land more or less and by Patent of Confirmation
       Granted the Tenth day of September One Thousand Seven hundred &
       Sixteen Containing and laid out for One hundred and Twenty five
       Acres Reference being had to the ^s.d^ Grants had more fully appears
       And All that Tract or Parcell of Plantable Land Situate
       lying and being in S.t Mary's County being part of a Tract formerly
       Granted to Thomas Trueman Esq.r called Indian Creek with
       Addition Containing One hundred and fifty one Acres of Land as by
       Indenture bearing Date the Twentieth day of May One Thousand
       Seven hundred and Twenty Between Martha Greenfield of
       Prince Georges County Widow on the one part and Thomas Trueman
       Greenfield of S.t Marys County Esquire on the other part Reference
       thereto being had will appear & all that Part of a Tract or
       Parcell of land called Sugby Situate lying and being in S.t
       Marys County Granted by Patent bearing Date the three and
       Twentieth day of June in the Year of our Lord One Thousand six
       hundred and Eighty for One hundred and Sixty five Acres more or
       less and by Patent of Confirmation Granted the Tenth day of
       September One Thousand Seven hundred and Sixteen three
       hundred Eighty and six Acres Reference to these Grants being
       had fully appears One hundred and Eighty six Acres of the said
       Tract or Parcell of Land being hereby Conveyed the Residue
       Devised to Nathaniel Trueman Greenfield by his Father Thomas
       Trueman Greenfield the Several Tracts and Parcells of Land
       before mentioned Conveyed and Sold by said Henelm Trueman
       Greenfield and Margaret his Wife to the said George Maxwell
       Containing four hundred and Sixty two Acres of Plantable
       Land more or less together with all and Singular the Buildings
       Improvements Tenements Hereditaments and Appurtenances
       to all and every ^of^ the said Lands Respectively belonging used
