          On the Back of the aforegoing Lease was thus Written Viz.t
       July the 27.th 1748 Maryland Charles County fs Then
       Came the Parties to the within Deed who acknowledged &
       Delivered the same according to Law before me the Subscriber
       one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court of
7 sides Maryland                                  Geo Dent

X.d Maryland fs.t This Indenture Tripartite
       made this Twenty seventh Day of July in the Year of our Lord
       One Thousand Seven Hundred and forty Eight Between
       Henelm Trueman Greenfield of S.t Marys County in the
       Province af.d Gentleman and Margaret his Wife of the first
       part George Maxwell of Charles County and Province afs.d
       Merchant of the Second part and Gerard Trueman Greenfield
       of Prince Georges County and Province af.d Gentleman of the
       third part Witnesseth that for and in Consideration of the
       Sum of One Hundred and fifty four Pounds Sterling
       Lawfull Money of Great Britain to the said Henelm
       Trueman Greenfield in hand paid by the said George
       Maxwell at or before the Sealing and Delivery of these
       Presents the Receipt whereof ^he^ the said Henelm Truman
       Greenfield doth hereby Acknowledge & thereof and therefrom
       and of and from every part and parcell thereof doth hereby
       Release Acquit and Discharge the said George Maxwell
       his Heirs Exors & Adm.rs (the said Sum of one Hundred
       and fifty four Pounds Sterling Money being in full
