       Martha Greenfield of Prince Georges County Widow on the one part and
       Thomas Trueman Greenfield of S.t Marys County Esq.r of the other
       part Reference thereto being had will appear and all that part or
       Parcell of a Tract of Land called Sugby Situate lying and being
       in S.t Mary's County containing One hundred and eighty six
       Acres Two hundred Acres Residue of the said Tract or Parcel
       of Land being devised to Nathaniel Trueman Greenfield
       by Thomas ^Trueman^ Greenfield his Father the Whole by a Patent
       of Confirmation granted the tenth day of September
       one Thousand seven hundred and sixteen unto Thomas
       Trueman Greenfield of S.t Mary's County and Leonard
       Holliday of Prince Georges County Gentlemen for
       three hundred eighty and six Acres as by reference
       thereto will appear and the Reversion and Reversions
       Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits
       thereof and of every Part thereof To have and to
       hold all and singular the said Lands with their
       and every of their Appurtenances unto the said Gerrard
       Trueman Greenfield his Exors Adm.rs and Assigns from
       the day next before the Day of the Date of these Presents
       for and during and unto the full end and Term of One
       whole Year from thence next ensuing And fully to be
       ^Compleat &^ ended to the Intent and Purpose that the said Gerrarard Trueman
       Greenfield may be in the Actual Possession of all and Singular
       the said hereby Bargained and Sold Lands and Premisses
       with their and every of their Appurtenances and may hereby and
       by Force and Virtue of the Statute for Transferring uses into
       Possession in that behalf made and Provided be Enabled to take
       a Grant and Release of the Reversion and Inheritance of all &
       Singular the said Lands and Premisses hereby Bargained and
       Sold or Intended to be with their and every of their
       Appurtenances to him and his Heirs to such uses and Purposes as
       shall be thereby Declared In Witness whereof the said Parties
       to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably set their
