       for himself his Heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs the afsd
       Tract of Land with it and every of its Appurtenances
       to him the said John Hood his Heirs and
       Assigns against him the said Joshua Barnes
       and against all & every Person or Persons whatsoever
       Claiming by from or under him and against
       all and every of them shall and will forever
       Warrant and Defend by these Presents and
       lastly the said Joshua Barnes for himself
       his Heirs Executors and Adm.rs Covenant Primise
       Grant and Agree to and with the said John
       Hood his Heirs and Assigns that he the said
       Joshua Barnes at the Reasonable request
       of him the said John Hood his Heirs and Assigns
       and at his or their proper Cost and Charge will
       make do Acknowledge Suffer and Execute any
       other or further Conveyance or Assurance in the
       Law in Writing such as him the said John
       Hood his Heirs and Assigns or his or their
       Council learned in the Law shall Devise Advise
       or in Writing such as him the said John Hood
       his Heirs & Assigns or his or their Council learned
       in the Law shall Devise Advise or require for
       the further and better Assuring and Conveying
       the Tract of Land with it and every of its Appurtenances
       to him the said John Hood his Heirs
       and Assigns forever In Witness whereof he hath
