       Release and Confirm unto the said Walter Dulany his heirs
       and Assigns forever all that Tract or Parcel of Land called
       Dorseys Plains Containing three Hundred and sixty
       three Acres lying in the Fork of Gunpowder in Baltimore
       County and also all Buildings Improvements Profits
       Commodities and Advantages and Appurtenances to the
       said Tract or Parcel of Land belonging or appurtaining
       To have and to hold all and singular the Premisses
       to him the said Walter Dulany his Heirs and Assigns
       forever to his and their own use and to no other use or
       Purpose whatsoever and the said Daniel Dulany for
       himself and his Heirs doth Covenant Grant and Agree
       to and with the said Walter Dulany his Heirs and Assigns
       that he and they shall and may at all times forever
       hereafter quietly and Peaceably Have Hold Posses and
       Enjoy all and Singular the Premisses without the Let
       Molestation or Disturbance of him the said Daniel
       Dulany or his Heirs or any other Person or Persons
       claiming from by or under him or them and that he the
       said Daniel Dulany and his Heirs shall and will at any
       time hereafter Execute any other further or other Deed
       Assurance or Conveyance that shall be Devised Advised
       or required by him the said Walter Dulany his Heirs or  
       Assigns or his or their Council learned in the Law for the
       further and better Assurance of the Premisses to the said
       Walter Dulany his Heirs and Assigns so as to bear in the
       most Effectual manner any Claim or Demand of
       him the said Daniel Dulany or his Heirs or any
       other Person or Persons Claiming from by or under
       him or them so always that the Quit Rents due or
