486) behoof of the said Nicholas Sewall his Heirs and Assigns forever, and to no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the parties to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably set their Hands and Seals the Day and Year above Written Signed Sealed & delivered John Darnall Seal In the Presence of Nicholas Sewall Seal John Hepburn Benj.a Berry Jun.r On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed (Viz.t) Maryland fs.t On the twenty fifth Day of August in the Year of our Lord one Thousand seven Hundred forty and Eight Came John Darnall Esq.r & Nich.o Sewal Gentleman Before me one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court and Acknowledged the within Instrument of Writing to be their Act and Deed and to 4 1/2 and for the Uses therein mentioned Taken before John Hepburn Recorded Sept.r 12.th 1748 Vide recovery recorded in Lib E I N.o 10 fol 1009 Ex.d This Indenture made the sixth Day of August in the Year of our Lord seventeen Hundred and forty Eight between Daniel Dulany of Annapolis Esq.r of the one part and Walter Dulany of the same place Gentleman second Son of the said Daniel Dulany of the other part Witnesseth that the said Daniel Dulany for and in Consideration of the Natural Love and Affection which he hath and beareth to his said Son Hath Given Granted Released and Confirmed and by these Presents Doth freely and Absolutely Give (Grant) |
