480) and Agree therein as my said Attorney shall think fit But in Case of the Refusal of such Persons or any or either of them to make Payment and Satisfaction and Render Account in the Premisses them or any or either of them to Compel by all Lawfull ways and Means whatsoever, And if need be to appear before all Lords Judges and Justices in any Court there to Answer defend and reply in all Matters and Causes touching and Concerning the Premisses or any part thereof and to do Say Pursue Implead Seize Sequester Attach Imprison and Condemn and out of Prison again to Deliver and further I do Authorize and Impower my said Attorney to do all and every such Acts and Deeds in the Premisses as shall be Needfull and Requisite giving and by these Presents Granting unto my said Attorney my full and whole Power in the Premisses and my Person to Represents as fully Amply and Effectually to all Intents and Purposes as I might or could do if Personally Present And if need be for my said Attorney to Substitute one or more Attorneys under him to Act in the Premisses and again at his Pleasure the same to Revoke I hereby ratifying and Confirming all and whatsoever my said Attorney or his Substitutes shall Lawfully do or cause to be done in and about the Premisses ^by Virtue of these Presents^ In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand & Seal this Twenty fifth Day of February One Thousand seven Hundred and forty seven Sealed & Delivered being Robert Stebbing Seal first duly Stampt in the Presence of Christ Grindall Christopher Grindall |
