       Do Acknowledge myself well & truly Contented Satisfyed
       and paid and thereof and of every part ^or Parcel^ thereof do
       Clearly and Absolutely Acquit Exonerate and
       Discharge the said Lance Todd his Heirs Exors
       and Adm.rs by these Presents In Witness whereof
       I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this first day
       of August in the Year of our Lord one Thousand seven
       Hundred and forty eight
       Sealed & Delivered in               Onorio Razolini   Seal
       the presence of
       W.m Rogers      Tho.s Hughes
      

       At the foot of the aforegoing Release was thus Written (Viz.t)
       On the first day of August 1748 M.r Onorio Razolini acknowledged
       the above Instrument of Writing to be his Act and
       Deed for the Uses therein mentioned according to the
       Directions of the Act of Assembly in that Case made &
3 1/2 Provided                         before me         W.m Rogers
       Recorded Aug.t 1.st 1748


Ex.d Maryland fs To all Christian People to whom these Presents
       have come I Francis Hall of Prince Georges County Gentleman
       and Dorothy his Wife send Greeting Know ye that the said Francis
       Hall and Dorothy For and in Consideration of the Natural Love
       and Affection which they bear unto their Son Francis Hall and
       for divers other Good Causes and Considerations them thereunto
       Especially moving Have Given Granted Aliened Enfeoffed and
       Confirmed and by these Presents do give Grant Alien enfeoffe
       and Confirm unto the said Francis Hall the Son and the
       Heirs of his Body for ever all that Tract or Parcell of Land
       called Sprays Hills Situate lying and being in Cecil County
       and Containing by Resurvey Five Hundred Seventy and three
       Acres more or less and also all that Tract or Parcell of Land
       called Green Oak Situate lying and being in Kent County
