       and Containing four Hundred Ninety and Two Acres more
       or less To have and to hold the said Two Several Tracts or
       Parcells of Land to him the said Francis Hall the Son &
       to the Heirs of his Body for ever with all Houses out
       Houses Orchards Gardens Improvements Profits Commodites
       and Advantages Whatsoever to the said ^Two^ Several
       Tracts or Parcells of Land belonging or in any ways
       ^whatsoever^ Appertaining or which now or hereafter Have been taken
       known use Occupied and Enjoyed to or with the same
       as part or Parcell thereof and also all the Estate
       Right Title Interest Claim and Demand Whatsoever
       of them the said Francis Hall and Dorothy of in and to
       the said Premisses Provided Nevertheless and it is
       the True Intent and meaning of these Presents that the
       af.d Two Several Tracts or Parcells of Land be held by
       the said Francis Hall the son to the use and behoof of
       the ^afd^ said Francis Hall the Father and of the af.d
       Dorothy Hall the Mother for and During the Term of
       Six Months next ensuing from the Date hereof then
       to Remain and Enure to him the af.d Francis Hall the
       Son and the Heirs of his Body for ever In Witness
       whereof the said Francis Hall the Elder and Dorothy
       his Wife have hereunto set their Hands and Seals this
       Twenty fourth Day of February Ann Dom One
       Thousand & Seven Hundred forty and Seven
