470) mentioned Bond or Obligation and Judgment thereupon Obtained as within mentioned to be in the within Named William Brogden his Exors Adm.rs and Assigns according to the True intent and meaning of the within Writing 11 1/2 Recorded July 29.th 1748 W.m Rogers x.d Vide Mortg.a to which the foll Release belongs Recorded heretofore in this Book fol.o 319 Know all men by these Presents that I Onorio Razolini of Ann Arundel County Merchant have received and had this Present day of Lance Todd of Ann Arundel County Planter the sum of Twenty three Pounds one Shilling and eleven pence Sterling being in full for the Redemption and full Satisfaction of all that Tract of Land lying in Baltimore County called Todds Forrest Containing Two Hundred and fifty Acres also the within mentioned Negro Woman Named Penny specifyed in the within Indenture Between the said Lance Todd of the one part and the said Onorio Razolini of the other part of for and Concerning the Bargain and Sale of all and Singular the said Tract of Land and Negro Conditionally to be Reconveyed upon Payment of the sum of Nineteen Pounds eighteen Shillings Sterling and the Damages on a Certain Bill of Exchange as in and by the said Indenture may more at large appear of which said Sum of Twenty three Pounds one Shilling and Eleven pence Sterling so paid and Received in full Satisfaction as af.d I the said Onorio Razolini (do) |
